I've spent the last 9+ years working across operations management, executive support, and fintech, managing teams, building systems, and helping businesses run more efficiently.
I started my career in operations at a telecom and payments company, where I managed large teams and learned what it actually takes to keep a business running at scale. That foundation gave me a level of operational discipline that I now bring to every client I work with.
Over the last few years, I've added funnel design and GoHighLevel to my toolkit because I saw how many great businesses were losing leads and clients simply because their systems didn't convert. Now I combine both: operational rigor and funnel expertise, in one person.
I'm based in Manila, Philippines, and I work primarily with US-based founders, coaches, and service businesses who need a trusted operational partner, not just a task executor.

Both. For ongoing executive VA support, I typically work on a monthly retainer. For funnel design projects, I work on a project basis with clear scope, timeline, and deliverables. I also offer long term engagements for clients who need consistent, ongoing support across both services.
My primary platforms are GoHighLevel and Systeme.io. I am experienced with both, from basic appointment funnels to full multi step sales funnels with custom CSS, automations, and follow up sequences.
I am based in Manila, Philippines but I primarily work with US based clients and I am flexible with scheduling. For async communication and regular check ins, I accommodate US time zones without issue.
No long term contracts are required by default, but I am open to them. For retainer engagements, I typically work month to month after an initial period. For clients who prefer stability and a longer commitment, long term arrangements are available and welcomed.
